Refunds
Infinite Eleven Designs prides itself on their exceptional service and professional work. We will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to fault by Infinite Eleven Designs. Proofs are sent out prior to being printed and your approval is shall we say 'gospel!'. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer e.g. you have provided the incorrect spelling or date, you will need to purchase a replacement. No refunds are provided upon due to the customisation of our provided items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
